When paired in a full-course meal you can reference the sizing portions below to determine how many trays you will need to order for each course. 

• Small Tray feeds about 20-25 guests 
• Medium Tray feeds about 30-35 guests
• Large Tray feeds about 60-65 guests

Please note that we recommend serving a traditional Indian full-course meal when following these sizing guidelines - i.e., appetizer, curry, bread, rice/biryani, and dessert. As an example, we would recommend the following for these party sizes: 

60 guests: 

• 1 large appetizer tray
• 1 large main course tray
• 1 large bread tray
• 1 large rice tray
• 1 large dessert tray

120 guests: 

• 1 large and 2 medium appetizer trays
• 2 large main course trays
• 2 large bread trays
• 2 large rice trays
• 1 large tray and 2 medium dessert trays
